Mr. Hersh Shah, a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an alumnus of IIM-Bangalore. He has over 8 years of experience in audit and assurance, risk management consulting and IPO advisory and has extensive knowledge in the areas of corporate finance, education, risk based strategies and developing strategic alliances & partnerships. Hersh was previously associated with KPMG and also helped in setting up Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship. Hersh was also selected amongst the 'Top 6' of the firm as part of the Ideas for Innovation Initiative by the CEO's Office at KPMG.
He was also one of the 450 people to be selected in 2014 for a social entrepreneurship train journey across India which helped him decipher rural and semi-urban India. He has travelled extensively to USA, Hong Kong, South Africa and UAE for various assignments. In his free time, he mentors startups and also conducts guest lectures at universities/ schools on business topics.
Mr. Rakesh Shetty is a finance professional with 20 years of experience in setting up operations and managing businesses, across financial products, ranging from assets to liabilities. He had set up bancasurance channel as a Product Head at Axis Bank, guided the bank, to be the second largest agent for the banca partner in the first year. Previously he also headed the Retail Sales Channel at Axis bank and was instrumental in growing team size and enhancing acquisition productivity multiple fold. He was one of the key members at Madura Microfinance to setup their HR, Credit, Branch Systems and Collections operations for the micro finance business in new states, to transit to a systemically important Microfinance Company. Rakesh has special interest in devising new methods and methodologies through business process re-engineering with a goal of maximizing customer value and employee satisfaction, eventually leading to accretion in shareholder value.
